time to plan our first ever Block X Block Party. Spring and Summer are
rapidly approaching, so volunteer now and help us make this a party to

Property Management Search Project
Team (CLOSED) |
|
This team's
objective is to find a new Property Management firm to replace Vanguard,
with the objective of completing a smooth transition by April 1, 2006.
The team is composed of the Block X Board of Directors, interested
Homeowners and the principals of Association Advocates. The first
meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 31st, from 6-8 pm. |

Rules and Regulations Project Team

This team is reviewing and suggesting
revisions to the Block X Condominium Association Rules and Regulations
and the way they are enforced. The first meeting is scheduled for
February 7, from 6-8 pm. |
