Block X Moving, Leasing, and Delivery Policies If you are planning to buy, sell or lease a Unit at Block X, or are expecting a major delivery, please be aware that failing to comply with the relevant Rules & Regulations may result in a $500 fine.

Block X Insurance Certificates If you are asked to provide necessary Block X Condominium Association Insurance Certificates during the sale or refinance of your unit, copies can be obtained online from Rosenthal Brothers, the Association's Insurance Agents:

Satellite and Cable Installation Guidelines Before having cable or satellite installed in your unit, print out a copy of these guidelines and share them with your provider. Remember, if the management company has to remove or cut any unauthorized hookups, the unit owner will incur all expenses.
