The
Buildings of Block X
Block X consists of five
buildings that surround a 1/3-acre park-like courtyard.
There are three building types, each offering a unique living
style:

The Residences
(Building 1 and 2), are two, four story elevator buildings, that include
single story condominiums with balconies, and ground floor patios.

The Terraces
(Buildings 3 and 4) are two, five story walk-up buildings, that include
soft-loft type spaces, in a duplex/simplex/duplex configuration, with
terraced decks, and ground floor patios.

The Townhomes/Penthouses
(Building 5) are twelve, three-story townhomes with four single
story penthouses above the townhomes, with decks and ground floor
patios. |
Parking for Buildings 1,
2, 3 and 4 is contained in two underground, heated garages, located
under each building and the courtyard. Parking for the townhomes and
penthouses, is located inside Building 5, in the form of private unit
drive-in garages.
